University of Balochistan has established Technology and Innovation Support Center (TISC) in Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, Intellectual Property Organization (IPO) Pakistan.

1. Provide basic awareness of Patent
2. To provide Answers of following Questions
   • Why to file a Patent?
   • Which technology is Patentable?
   • How to search a related Technology?
3. Provide facility of Patent database
4. Provide advice and support to the inventors in drafting patent applications and its filing;
5. Provide general knowledge on national IP laws and international IP systems/procedures;
6. Provide advice on the IP aspects of Commercialization;
7. Provide advice on licensing.
